China’s Global Strategy is a geostrategic plan to control maritime and land communication routes. But China’s Global Strategy or One Belt, One Road Strategy is showed as a commercial expansion plan that is presented as a bilateral project between countries, with mutual and reciprocal benefit. Armed Forces Modernization Plan is linked to this geostrategic plan. By 2020, China will have two naval groups fully operational deployed, one in the South China Sea and the other in the Indian Ocean. In 2040 China will have six fully operational aircraft carriers and others two carriers could be about to enter service.
